His new flick, Bel Ami, is set for release just a few days after Hollywood’s biggest night of the year. A rep for the Twilight star didn’t comment on his possible plans to attend.

The Netherlands distributor of “Bel Ami”, Independent Films, reported on their Facebook page that the date for the film’s release is March 15th. We previously reported a March 8, 2012 release date. They said,

Studio Canal UK confirmed via email that Rob, Uma Thurman, Christina Ricci and directors Declan Donnellan and Nick Ormerod will attend the ‘Bel Ami’ world premiere on February 17th at the Berlin Film Festival:
